I had a good cry today… because sometimes life isn’t always as pretty as we would like it to be and because sometimes dealing with things on your own can be tough. I needed it, I needed the relief and release. It’s the natural cleansing of the mind to make space but at the same time to leave no more room for worries. Now that I let go I can move on again.

Like sunshine breaking through the clouds of rain, releasing a new energy…
