Jaundice

I ended up in hospital at EMC [Emergency Medical Care] Wednesday morning because of a serious liver malfunction and jaundice and only got out today because my liver test was slightly improved and I really wanted to go home and rest there instead of a freaky hospital where I was surrounded by drunks and crazy people. I just didn’t feel safe there…

Cause is still uncertain [there are definitely two options] and I’m waiting for test results that will be in on Tuesday hopefully, these results will rule out further tests if they come up with one of these two causes.

I will explain more tomorrow or later this weekend when I feel well enough. I’m still in a critical condition which could change over night. If so I will have to rush back to hospital again for further treatment. I just wanted to let you know what is going on and why I won’t be spending much time online for the next six weeks.

So I will take things very very slow because I really don’t want to end up in hospital again… Speak soon, I need to rest.

Short Update

This week has been hectic so far and I will be happy when it’s Friday night and I will be asleep. Just too much going on at the moment. I promised PE. to test his project for him last Monday and Tuesday and ended up testing today instead. I have been working on some projects myself, I had to send out a parcel today and ended up faffing about with some pain in the A. Customs Declaration that I found on the Royal Mail website last night. I have finally written a long postponed letter and sent it off to the Lowlands and I had to organise piles of paperwork for my interview Friday. I seem to be running out of time and there’s only 24 hours in a day isn’t it?

I’ve written about six long emails to friends who have been waiting for my reply for at least two weeks. I’m blessed with patient friends though so they won’t start nagging because they know what my life can be like at times. Good news is that MvdM. arranged eight tickets to see Amy Winehouse in December if she won’t be too pissed to perform that is. I’m really looking forward to that since it will be my first gig to attend in the UK/London and we’ll be going with a group of people so it’s gonna be fun with a capital F! I’m also slowly recovering from a serious bug that I had for three weeks. I can finally eat and drink again, it’s a very effective way of losing weight if you need to… *hehe*

I have deleted my old blog *yes* and made backups of that old Movable Type installation [3.3.4] so I have a reference still in case this version [4.0] is going to fail on me. So far so good though and I’m not complaining, just yet. My Porsche drive seems to be doing fine after a format. I’ve organised all my stuff in a more efficient way although I still need to burn about another 100 DVDs to archive some clients/files. I’m slowly getting there…
